Yesterday I made a nice sized batch of chicken noodle soup inspired by a recipe which my son’s nana Syndy executes beautifully and it is damn tasty. Deliciously savory and excellent with crusty bread and a whimsical topping of freshly shaved parmesan – a simple, balanced recipe that lends itself well to stylistic interpretation as long as you stay true to its rustic, loving nature.
Fall is such a great season for these kinds of endeavors. Thanks nana!
