We’re staying around the NYC area for Thanksgiving this year and extending our Christmas visit so that our families can spend time with Eli. My sister will be hosting us this year – with me doing sides and stuffing and she doing the bird (breast only). I think she’s chosen to do Michael Symon’s Cider Glazed Turkey with Lager Gravy.
As for sides I’m probably going to make some kind of brussels sprout dish along with traditional things like mashes, bakes and other medleys. The cheesecake will be from Eileen’s.
The stuffing I’ll be making is a surprise – one small hint – it will involve apples (^_^)
